    Postal Vote

You can apply for a postal vote at any time either permanently or for a specific election. Postal vote ballot papers are despatched to electors roughly two weeks before polling day.

    Proxy Vote

Voting by proxy is where you nominate a trusted individual to cast your vote on your behalf. A reason must be provided when applying for a proxy vote. The nominated elector must be over 18, already be a registered elector and have the same level of franchise as you.
